Day One

Tomorrow I start implementing the plan I have for recovery. The cupboards have been cleared of junk and stocked with healthy food. I will exercise a minimum of three times a week and recording everything.

I will eat a vegetarian diet 6 days a week, so I can have a cheat day until I fully adapt to this new lifestyle.

I will visit my doctor in 2 weeks and hopefully see my cholesterol numbers go down.

I even took some before pictures tonight, and hopefully I’ll have the courage to actually share them one day.
