Back to the Gym!

I was feeling pretty good yesterday so I managed to drag myself to the gym with the hope of being able to turn a walk on the treadmill into a jog. I started off well, but within 15 minutes the shins were hurting me despite stretching beforehand. Despite that, I’m glad I went and I did manage to run for a total of 10 minutes of a 35 minute workout. Slow and steady.
